Check out these pictures from a recent trip to Guadajalara Mexico, a beautiful city en Mexico, the 2nd largest city, with lots of folk and culture, beautifull buildings, food, people.
One the most popular foods is the Torta Ahogada, a delicious bread filled with pork meat and a very hot tomato sauce.
The torta ahogada hot sauce ranks amongs the hottest foods in the world, that’s why you have to always have a Cold One (a Corona Beer in this case) at hand.
Another popupar dish from Jalisco is the Carne en su Jugo, one restaurant from Guadajalara famous for Carnes en su Jugo holds the Guinness Record for the fastest service in the world, you order your dish and in less than 10 seconds you are served.
More famouse than their foods, is the city’s Soccer Team Las Chivas. Las Chivas are the most popular Soccer team in Mexico, their tradition is only to hold Mexican Born Players in their Squad, check this picture from a match at the Jalisco Stadium versus UNAM Pumas.
