2009 Fitness CHallenge

I’m starting a new years’ resolution personal Fitness challenge in order to get finally ripped. I’m not fat or anything actually I’m on proper weigth for my height and age, but I want once and for all, get my six pack abs… so, this is going to be a 3 month traning involving cardio workout and weight training. My current status is:
Current:
Height: 5′ 10″
Weight: 176 lbs
Body fat %: 24%
Goal
Height: 5′ 10″ (Nothing to do here ha)
Weight: 180lbs
Body fat %: 12%
I will go to the gym 5 -6 days a week, and try to eat lean and small portions 4 – 5 times a day.. I will not get very specific, i’ll just try to be consistent.
1 day a week anythingo goes, beer pizza hot dogs… that would be saturday or sunday.
